Skip's Crusted Fish

Instructions

  1. Whip together the egg, mustard and lemon rind, then dredge the fish through the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs.
  2. Bake at 450 until the fish flakes easily and the breading is browned.
  3. Plate, garnish with lemon juice and serve.
